Returns

You may request a return or replacement in the following cases:

• Damaged product received
• Wrong product delivered
• Missing item in the order
• Product received in poor condition

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us with:

• Order number
• Clear photos or videos of the product
• Description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or opened products
• Products damaged due to improper handling
• Live plants (unless received damaged)
• Products without original packaging

Replacement or Refund

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

• A replacement product, or
• A refund if the replacement is not available

Refunds

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing time:
5 to 7 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
